We Were Very Impressed

Complex Roofing Design
Design and Construction of our new home in Kingsmill (2006-7) included many challenges. R.A. Woodall Contracting, Inc. took on the roofing work which included Zinc Coated Copper flashing and a complex roofing design. Alan’s team met his contact deadlines with a quality effort that we are both proud and thankful for. His performance was far above our normal experience in this area. His company is one of only three sub-contractors I would feel comfortable calling back again. Last year, after determining that the gutter system installed in the back and sides of our home along with the associated drainage conduits were not carrying rain run off sufficiently away from the house, I engaged Alan to come up with a better solution. He investigated alternatives and reached down to Virginia Beach to find a partner that would provide a new gutter system that matched out roofing shingles. He then redesigned the way this system needed to be mounted on the soffit fascia board and added downspouts linked to our drainage conduits. The end result was a solution that successfully collects and carries away the roof run off. For general residential contracting needs of any kind I would strongly recommend R. A.
